What are our Fees and do we Accept Insurance?
Yes, most Ohio insurances are accepted and billed directly to insurance after services are rendered, we also accept cash payments of 110 dollars per session for Initial assessment , and 100 dollars for follow up assessments which can be paid with Debit or credit cards, please kindly visit the Grow Therapy link on the home page and click the green link to book appointments. Also kindly note that there is a 65-dollar no-show fee and Cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours or last minute or if a patient does not show up at all or does not cancel on time. Also please note that rates billed to insurance are not standard for each insurance, as it depends on the insurance carrier you have but typically runs between 150-260 per session. Nearly all Ohio Insurance is accepted.
Cancellations or rescheduling of booked appointments must be completed at least 24 business hours in advance of the booked session (e.g., Monday clients need to cancel by the prior Friday). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge of $ 65.00. Two missed appointments, including cancellations made with sufficient advance notice, will automatically result in the termination of services, so kindly keep your scheduled appointments.
This is not a punishment but rather because the Providers could use that extra time to see other patients and have enough time to book other patients if informed of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours. Further questions regarding the payment process may be directed to our experts at Grow therapy at +1(786)-755-1863 all billing-related questions will gladly be addressed by Grow therapy as they do our billing and appointments. How often are Follow up Appointments
Generally, follow-ups are encouraged usually 4-6 weeks with the exception of when new medications have been added or prescribed. If you are a new patient or newly diagnosed and placed on New or additional medication it is very important that you follow up and schedule an appointment within 2-3 weeks of starting medication, this is for your safety and monitoring. Generally, psychiatric medication takes full effect in about 4-6 weeks so that is a good time to follow up but best practice indicates that for patients on New medication, follow-up MUST be done as soon as possible.
How Long do Appointments Last?
Typically a new intake or New patient being seen for the first time will take 45 - 60 minutes, while most follow-up appointments are 30 -45 minutes long.
What Age Groups can be Seen
Anyone ages 18 years and up can schedule appointment and receive treatment
